Youth News Vacation Bible School will be held on August 17-August 21 at Fortune Lake Camp. This will be an ecumenical venture with several area churches participating. Forms are available at the Church. _______________________________________________________________________ Release Time will begin in September and be held every Monday and Tuesday from 2-3 pm. The 4-5 grade classes are on Monday and the 1-3 grade classes are on Tuesday. Please call the church office if you would like your child to participate and we will call the school and have them released from class. ________________________________________________________________________
NEEDED-Beginning in September we will need someone to do the schedule for Acolytes and Nursery. __________________________________________________________ Confirmation Class Changes -Beginning in the Fall the Confirmation Class will consist of youth in grades 6,7, 8, and 9. The 9th graders, who meet all requirements, will be confirmed on October 26, 2008. ________________________________________________________________________ MINNEAPOLIS MISSION TRIP The trip was a very spiritually rewarding experience for all who participated. Thank you, thank you, thank you to all who chaperoned. Another article with more details of what this trip entailed to follow in next months Newsletter.
