Worship Services

4 pm. Saturday Evening: Light Worship Service of the Word-no music except hymns. Healing Service on the first Saturday of the month.

9 am. Sunday Morning: A joyful celebration blended service using both old and contemporary material. One or two Sundays a month a special Children's Puppet Sermon is offered with our teaching frog puppet, "Lily" and a few of her friends.

11 am. Sunday Morning: This service is informal, with less liturgy, and lasts no longer than 45 minutes. The service features a children’s sermon or “Lesson from Lily’s Pad” each week.

WEDNESDAY LENTEN SERVICES -March 17,and 24 at 7 pm. Focus is be on the familiar “love chapter,” Corinthians 13 with short skits performed by the United Players. A light soup and bread supper will be served from 5:30-6:30 pm. in the Fellowship Hall.

HOLY WEEK WORSHIP SCHEDULE: March 28 - Palm Sunday

April 1 - 7 PM Maundy Thursday

April 2 - Noon Good Friday

April 3 - 4PM Easter Vigil

April 4 - 9 & 11 AM Easter Sunday

Christ is shared through all of our ministries, but specifically through the means of Grace, the Word, and Sacraments.

Each Other Prayer, Marriage, Hospital Visits, Funeral Luncheon, meetings and special needs as they arise.

Our Community Blood Drives, St. Vincent De Paul, Community Meetings, Parenting Classes, Services at local Medicare Facilities, Senior Housing, Alcoholics Anonymous (Monday & Thursday evenings at 7 pm.) M-69 Highway Clean up, Cub scouts, & other community activities as needs arise.

The World World Mission, World Hunger, Disaster Relief, Lutheran Social Services, Quilts, Shoebox Christmas Gifts.

Learning & Teaching

Elementary Education Classes (Sept. - May): The Forest Park School releases the children from school during this time. Grades 4-5 Monday at 2 p.m.

Grades 1-3 Tuesday at 2 p.m.

Confirmation: 6th - 8th Grades Wednesday at 6 p.m. Sept. - May

Bible Studies:

Rachael Circle -3rd Thursday of the month at 9 am in the Fellowship Hall

Grace Circle -Last Monday of the month at 6:30 pm.

Columbarium Cabinet

The Columbarium Cabinet in the downstairs Chapel is available for family members to place the cremains (ashes) of their loved ones. Talk to Pastor Mike or call the office if you are interested in this service. There is no charge.
